Box Truck Driver

 

This individual will be responsible for the delivery of craft beer, wine, and spirits to restaurants, bars, and liquor stores

in Massachusetts 

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates condition of vehicle, checks fluids, checks service and parking brake, keeps proper documentation in cab, checks mirrors, windows, and lights. 

  • Completes daily deliveries in order as laid out by dispatch coordinator 

  • Acquires account signature for all deliveries made 

  • Communicates any delivery issues to supervisor immediately upon occurrence 

  • Obeys all traffic laws and makes good driving decisions 

  • Upon return to warehouse, he/she enters through the correct driveway, backs up truck properly, waits to be checked in, places returns in the correct area, sweeps out back of truck and completes transaction with iPhone 

  • Ensure positive customer interactions upon each delivery and exchange

Requirements:

  • Ability to drive a CDL box truck 

  • Ability to lift up to 125 lbs. 

  • Good communication skills 

  • Willingness to work overtime 

  • Clean driving record 

  • Valid Class D Driver's License

Warehouse and Transportation
Order Selector

2nd Shift

The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting and staging orders for the next day delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • The order picker is responsible to meet with his/her direct supervisor at the beginning and throughout the shift to be given their assignments.

  • The order picker will select items correctly (specific product description and quantity) as directed by the picking software

  • The order picker will report defective/damage product to their immediate supervisor immediately (never ship defective or damage product).

  • The order picker will mark items as picked or unpicked in picking software and report variances to their supervisor

  • If the last case is picked by a order picker the order picker will the remove the pallet and/or damages in anticipation of the next pallet of product that will fill the location.

  • If the product is damaged while picking the order picker will clean the spill and report the damaged product to his/her supervisor.

  • The order picker will leave built pallet in assigned area

Requirements:

  • Operate a electric pallet jack and stand up forklift

  • Utilize a scanner for locating product within the warehouse

  • Ability to lift up to 125lbs

  • Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull throughout shift

  • Positive attitude and maintain a fast paced work environment
